Default I found my new shop...take THAT RTE

Well I have to tell all of you, with the suspension problems I've been having lately I think I've called EVERY Land Rover specialty shop in North America. Some good, some not so good. Anyway, I have to tell you, Great Basin Rovers has been AMAZING through this process of selecting shocks for the back of my DII. I had called GBR and asked some totally dumb questions and they were awesome about it. They talked to me for at least an hour, did a ton of research and really tried to get me what I needed/wanted and what they knew I would be happy with. Then over a week later I get a call from them. The girl I was dealing with said, "Ya know I was working on something for someone and I started thinking about you and your discovery... I thought I give you a call" She's talking about custom valving, shock mounts and all this cool stuff. And she was willing to work with me on price!

Crazy! who does that!?? Anyway, it looks like I'm going to be buying, whatever it is that I end up buying, from them in the future.

Just thought I'd share.

Brian

That's the kind of customer service you look for but rarely find. I do find women thinking about me a lot though. Disco Mike recommends GBR for differentials and axle parts but I didn't realize they dealt with suspension also. Next time I have about 2 grand sitting idle I am going to order new diffs from GBR already set up with tru-tracs and 4.11 gears.

That girl you are speaking about is Bill's daughter and is very highly held as a great wealth of knowledge on her own.

Yeah, she's on top of it! Is her name Shawn? She says it really fast and I never catch it. Anyway, yeah, she really knows her stuff and the best part is that when she doesn't know something she doesn't pretend to. That's just as important to me.

Yep her name is Shawn. She is really cool and nice. She came down to south florida for a off road event a few years ago.
