200tdi defenders have mechanical fuel pump too. I think even 300tdi is mechanical assuming it's not EDC or whatever it's called. And maybe that's only on discos.

At least two of us on this forum have needlessly replaced CKS because of a bad relay.
And it takes 30 secs to test the relay, so why not test it?
