Headers/more free flowing exhaust will (I've been told) gain you about 50 miles to a tank. The K&N won't change it. You can't really get a good performance chip for these trucks. Best option there would be to ship your ECU over seas to have it re programmed , but that's really expensive and not worth the investment just for fuel gains.
