you can reused them if not gouged, and you're new rockers fit tightly. any side to side movement and they will need to be replaced.
just spend the $2k and get the roller cam and roller rocker, then she will spin a 6500.

yeah, I think no on that. roller arms were plenty of scratch, already. I feel like that may have not been necessary either.

while we are on the subject.....I saw a great many rocker arms for sale. is it advisable to only buy oem? I saw eurospares and other offerings and some steel ones.

final word on the lifters. summit had me confused with wrong part #
so anyone that is searching for Rhodes lifters, just disregard summit #

if you look at the aluminum ones closely, I bet they have little steel sockets in the end of the rocker otherwise the steel push rod would eat thru an aluminum socket.

Take the serpentine belt off. You'll have 5 min of great power...hopefully it will be out of your system by then

All ready dumped the fan and water pump

What did you do to replace the water pump with electric? If you get electric power steering, I'd love to hear about that too. I've been trying to get everything I can off of the belt.

mini coopers run electric power steering, maybe beef up a unit like that?
