Von- I can understand why you are going to the mechanic, it can be a daunting repair if you have not done it. That being said, order the parts yourself to save money. AB has the individual coils, they are $70 each versus the coil pack @ $270. The only other part that you need is the IM gasket. One issue I ran into was that after I did it myself, I was throwing a P0101 code. When I re-connected the throttle and cruise control cable bracket, is was at a slightly different tension, so it change the idle setting. Took a couple of tries, but by using the RPM setting on my UG I was able to adjust the throttle cable and get it to the right RPM. Hope you get it squared away.

It was the coil. I replaced them both.

help help help no start after wires plugs coils and intake gasket replaced D2

yes. Just pulled a plug and found no spark. also swapped the MAF for a known good one from a 2001.
