Indicators not working

Indicators not working
Hey all,
Pretty knew here but I have a 2004 Land Rover Discovery and my indicators do not work. The lights appear on the inside but with no "clicking" noise but nothing on the front or the back of the car when signaling or putting on the hazards. I know the bulbs are good as well as the fuse so does anyone have any idea what it could be ?
