Check fuses 10 & 13 under hood, and 25, 27, 36 under dash.

I may have looked at wrong year. Under hood 10 & 14 are involved, under dash 27, 35, 25 are shown. I think 14 under hood runs most of the cluster. The instruments appear to get their ground side at a header which manual shows as under the carpet?? If ground was bad, seems like warning lights would be off as well.

Default funny story

Wife's friend owns an import salvage yard. Bought a 2001 instrument cluster for 50 bucks. Wife said I wonder if the fuses you purchased were the wrong type(She sold Jags, rovers, audis and porsches for yrs). Stopped and found some different style fuses than what I had purchased. Tried them out. Dash works... Now I have an xtra instrument panel.. Oh well.. Thanks for your help.. You are great!!!

It's good that the fuses fix it. If you swap the cluster, the odometer will flash until you get the miles synced.

Was it fuses in the under dash fuse box you replaced? That box is known to have issues sometimes.

I tried the ones under the dash and under the hood. I am at a losss. I saw some where that it could be tied in with the parking light?. If the box has issues what should I look for or do.? Hubby works late. This is his wife and have tried to work on it all day ...LOL
