Interior odor
I am looking at a 2004 D2. The car drives fine but from the passenger side there’s an odor that is being emitted. It becomes more apparent when you turn on the AC. My girlfriend became really sick from taking in the smell. She said, it smelt kinda like glue gun melting.
I recall a similar issue when I last had a D2 a few years back. I sold the car because it was making me feel dizzy and sick. (At the time l, I thought it was motion sickness.)
Is this normal?
is it maybe the blower motor resistor? Or heater connector?

what AI is telling me is the following-“ the failure is often caused by the blower motor itself drawing too much amperage as it gets old and tired. The increased load creates excess heat, which eventually fries the resistor or melts the plastic harness connector.“
