My HDC warning has been coming on intermittently the past week or so. If i turn off the engine and turn it back on it goes away.

CEL came on today. The car shuddered like it was going to stall and both the CEL and HDC came on. It continued driving fine afterwards. Will get the codes read at autozone tomorrow.

Any tips before i get the codes?

 

Go get the codes read so we don't have to guess.

 

Went to get the codes read. Everything was ok so we cleared the CEL and it has been fine since. Crossing my fingers and hoping it was just gremlins.

 

So what codes did you write down? They have a nasty habit of returning.

 

ABS/3 amigo codes can only be read with a speciality scanner designed to read those specific ABS fault codes.
