I talked off line to a forum member.. who ,Literally, walked me thru the process....I waited several 5 hours until the truck was cold... and did it..BINGO...no more over heating... thanks to everyone on the forum....also wanted to let everyone know..I just ordered the new "T" set up so I can replace, the cooling hose with the newer version...

First stop driving it till it is fixed, second, Monday order the up-dated upper radiator hose, the one you have was replaced years ago do to the high failure rate. Seriously don't drive it and order the part then check with us as to how to bleed the system before you drive it again.
Also, replace the coolant pressure cap cause they also fail.

Ok... I DID order the updated radiator hose... I'm picking it up at my local land rover dealer on Monday..... I didnt drive the truck at all until it was properly flushed..... I will also get a new coolent pressure cap while i'm at the dealer.( although I had just replaced the over flow tank this past summer). Thanks for all the great advice...Brent

I bleed mine by letting the truck get up to temp and then I use a long screw driver and I open the bleeder valve and let it open till fluid comes out. I think it took me 2 times to get all the air out.

Good job glad you got it resolved!
You will have to do the bleed process again when you install the new T on Monday.
