Dude lighten up I am just busting your chops. I am actually going to try water wetter and see if I experience any improvement like you have. Keep your suggestions and experiences coming they are very informative and helpful.

I have E3 plugs in my rover now for about a year. Like any new plugs they feel snappy when new. My idle is not perfect but I dont know that it would be perfect with Bosch or NGK. Seems like plugs are a trial and error thing since each Rover is finicky. I average 14.68 Mpg city and Hwy combined with the Volo gas saver chip and a steel bumper and sliders. I think that is good avg mpg. I track that milage with fillup's hard data numbers not the ScanGuage.

O yea, one other thing I did, I think this should help with mpg, I added a Spectra opened air filter.I took out the O.E.M air filter assembly added the new air filter with a 3" opening. Not sure if I feel any difference, but she is a little louder. No one remarked about the coil and plug idear, really like your thought on that.

I would go back to the original paper air filter. Land Rover MAF's are very sensitive and tend to go bad after a while if you use an oil air cleaner. Do a search on this topic, it has been talked about a lot.

I've had a K&N for over 1.5 years and no problems with the MAF just dont douse it in the oil spray. It only takes 1 or 2 guys MAF to go bad with a flat K&N filter to get the rumor mill started. So the premise would be the oil combined with more dirt/dust would burn out the element prematurely over time. I dont buy it! I do have a spare MAF on hand when the time comes.

How about you start with punctuation and grammar.

Then you can try to tell us how you bought into the snake oil and how good it is.
