Default K@N Oil Filter Vibrating Loose

Anyone had a problem with K@N 0il filter vibrating loose?
Not necessarily a disco only problem but they do get vibrated a lot.
I noticed a snail trail of fresh oil coming off behind my 4WD Dodge HEMI a few months ago. A big one coming off the filter. Backtracked it more than a quarter mile. Very lucky i noticed it before next restart ( Do not routinely check this ones oil before starting LOL) . Changed filter, fixed problem
Last week checked rovers oil like always before starting in the morning. Almost a qt.low. Oil puddle under oil filter. Small stream coming off while running. Tighten some but still dripped. New filter installed with no leak yet.
Hard to gauge the tightness using such a large wrench as it seems like it would be easy to over do it.
I'm just gong to check tightness more often .

I'm probity not torquing down enough. Worried about to much torque with the big wrench maybe.
Back in the day you did not want to tighten filter to tight.

Assuming a petrol engine like mine, I tighten 1 full turn after the gasket contacts.

OK Thanks Harvlr
I'll do that on next oil change. I wonder if there is a recommended torque on these.
Also will start checking filter after long runs down rough gravel construction roads. So much smoother at 25mph than 5mph

I always have but will now turn some past hand tight. Hate to even think what a replacement HEMI cost but I KNOW what a new 4.6 cost.LOL
