I live in Center City Philly, have for the last 18 years. I no of no one having their CC's stolen from their vehicles. Maybe in certain sections of the city where they really do not care about inspections of the legal sort.
And Coors, yea its cool living in the city. especially with a big all black rover with an ARB bumper, NATO black wheels and a few dents that are NOT from cars. The locals respect you and get out of the way.
