Default Land Rover Discovery 2 SAI Intake Vacuum Reservoir

Does the 2004 Land Rover Discover 2, have two of these parts? The Land Rover Discovery 2 SAI Intake Vacuum Reservoir? I have on the passenger side right behind the coolant tank, and one on the driver's side. Is that standard for that year?

??????

My '04 has one, located on RH side. Saw some reference in manuals to there being "one" on other side. You may be looking at something other than a SAI reservoir on LH. If in doubt follow vacuum lines.

The Reservoir is located right behind the expansion tank. If you are looking into the engine compartment of a 2004 it will be on the left side. Earlier models as noted in the RAVE had it on the drivers side.
What people sometimes forget is that the "which side is which" is based on standing BEHIND your vehicle. So the drivers side is the left and the pasenger is the right side.

Joemamma, from the RAVE, page 266:
The vacuum reservoir is a plastic canister construction located on a bracket at the LH side of the engine compartment
on vehicles up to 2003 model year and on the RH side of the engine compartment, near the bulkhead, on vehicles
from 2003 model year. It is important to ensure the reservoir is fitted in the correct orientation, and the correct vacuum
hoses are attached to their corresponding ports. The one-way valve end of the vacuum reservoir (cap end, to inlet
manifold) is fitted towards the rear of the vehicle.

This is the vacuum reservior

Thanks Matt, I should have addressed the request to the OP.
I was basically asking the OP to show a pic of the 2 vacuum canisters he said he has. one on the left and one on the right. Mine only has the one like you show, which i had to replace the "L" fitting that goes from the tank to the small line.

Joe-
No worries. I actually started another thread about the stupid plastic lines that go to the SAI and throttle body. I've broken three in as many days.

Looks can be deceiving if you don't know traditional LH & RH.

take some pics and post. would like to see what you are talking about.
Would still like to see photo of mysterious second one on LH side.
