Default Leaky Terrafirmas

I have read quite a few posts in regards to new Terrafirma shocks leaking after only one year of use. Wouldn't you think that Terrafirma's development team would take into consideration of loss of sales due to poor design or workmanship?? Even the garage I go to does not recommend Terrafirma's. I need shocks. Maybe OME IS the better option??
