Download a free copy of the DII RAVE Workshop Manual here.
Get a PDF copy of the WM manual from the link above. Your first two codes are trans related.

MAF looks ok. a little dusty. wiped off the dust are you supposed to spray it with something?

Spray the MAF sensor element with short burts from a can of MAF cleaner. *DO NOT TOUCH OR WIPE SENSOR ELEMENT!
I get a scribe and pull out plastic intake screen, circular metal spring and the metal mesh screen. Then I wipe all these parts clean with a rag and then reinstall.

Plus be sure to clean the MAF only when the unit is stone cold. And then be sure the cleaner has evaporated fully before starting the truck.

OK, cleaned the maf early in the morning when it was nice and cold. let it dry well. put it back together. tried to go for a test drive and nothing. no movement in any gear forward or reverse, high or low, manual or auto. I am really starting to think torque converter. as i stated earlier, the previous trans was doing the same thing. when i switched it out i used the original torque converter. I have the same issues and they seem to be getting worse.
