The list goes on... My goodness.
So heres the list of things wrong with my rover.
Head gasket going out.
Power steering leaking.
Brake fluid leaking on my front passenger side wheel.
A hole in my Cat... blowing out steam from the head gasket... Great!
Either a faulty transmission or transfer case.
I dont even know where to start!

One step at a time. What sense is driving if you can't stop. My 2 cents:
1 brakes
2 head gaskets
3 tranny/tc
4 PS
5 Cats, unless you have an inspection due sooner.
By the way have you been over Rollins Pass or Mammoth Gorge? That used to be fun. Its been 25 years since I was up there. I am trying to get some time off so that I can bring the family out to see where I grew up.

you can fix everything in a weekend. start by getting the rave manual from D2luvr's signature. then get the head gasket kit from British Atlantic. http://www.roverparts.com/Parts/STC4082HBK.cfm also get new head bolts http://www.roverparts.com/Parts/9224.cfm
trace the power steering and brake fluid leaks fix accordingly.
drain and inspect fluids in TC and tranny. check for signs of metal. The transmissions are usually very strong in our trucks so my bet is a bearing or something in the transfer case. and finally your exhaust can be fixed at an exhaust shop, have them cut out the old cat and replace it with a new one. no need to buy a whole exhaust system.

Your list isn't too bad. Head gasket will take the longest.
What is your tranny/ X-fer case doing?
Get a rebuild kit and pull both front calipers. They are really easy to re-buid.
Did you go to the dealer and have an inspection or something? (ha ha)

If your leaking brake fluid you're not going to have brakes for long. Park the truck until you get the brakes and head gaskets fixed. This is all stuff that should have been fixed before you spent the money on a lift and tires.
