Just installed 3rd row. I couldn't find the C/D pillar upper piece, so I'll need to cut. Does anyone have photos or measurements of the seat belt hole at the D pillar?

Hmmm... D pillar. I have a piece up in my attic without the belt so I went up now to look it -- thinking it may have a pre scribed mark on the reverse of it ... alas, I can confirm it does not. But the 3rd row belt is a weird crescent shape hole. So I think your best bet is to find trims with the hole and either cut yours exact same place or just swap trims.
