they're not nuts, they're bolts. 12 point. i think 13mm.

yep, 3/8” drive 12mm 12 point socket will do it if memory serves a small extension as well. They may be a bit tough to get out, but they aren’t torqued heavily, or shouldn’t be.

sorry for the delay! It was the coil pack, nothing was firing to cylinder 8. It is running pretty great now and no more check engine light. I think the next think to replace would be the driveshaft but that is for another day for now. I really appreciate the help!

How did you get the problem narrowed to the coil? Did yo have to take the coil off and replace it?
