Default Sudden won’t start

I’ve replaced CPS last July and now most recent XYZ Switch, new master brake cylinder, new throttle bottle flange repair kit, new battery new plugs and wires hmm prob more just can’t think anyhow it now runs fine, well I mean as fine as an 03 w 169k can but it takes these spells where you can be out driving and done have stopped 5 places (turning off and on) and suddenly won’t start, turns over just click click, now I’ve found the secret for NOW to get it to start, I put it in N and roll it a lil fwd and bam it will start?? It’s like it needs getting something moving or rolling first before it’ll fire up I don’t understand what it could possibly be🙄 anyhow have any suggestions?

And O’Reilly code reader spit out codes:

P1171

P0171

P0130

P1590

not throwing the failing CPS code like it was a month ago but now these and one of those on his machine said something like no something found basically making it sound like that reader just had no definition for it. Anyone know what these codes are?

So anyone know what that missing hose is? Look below the hose w the red end piece and you’ll see empty port for a hose see next photo for what happened next
So trying to get a clear pic of the missing hose to get help on, I pulled up on the one w red end piece and it snapped right off. I got the broken piece out and managed to rig it back in etc hopeful that it holds :-/

Pretty sure mine has a cap over that open port. And yes, those hose fittings snap off all the time.
