Default Looking to purchase 2004 SE

Does anyone have access to a dealers computer that can run a vin for me to check what work was performed on a 2004 SE Discovery am looking at purchasing. The dealer said since I don't own it they cannot give me the details?????
Also does 21000 sound like a good deal for the SE??? It only has 21000 miles and still has 17 months and 29000 miles let on the original warranty. The car is spotless.

What the dealer told you is 100% correct, I don't care what the other post states. I have 30 years in the dealer service business as a manager and service writer and the manufactures don't take kindly to giving out other peoples info.
With so few miles on this truck, what are you looking for, you have plenty of warranty left and a good truck for the money, don't let it get away.

Well I spoke to the service department that theLand Roverwas serviced at and they were kind enough to look up the vin and report to me that no repairs other then regular maintainence was done on the car. No engine work nothing but small stuff. Pretty cool that they did that. I called my local LR dealership and they were the ones that told me no. SO looks like I am off to pick it up on Tuesday.
Oh by the way I even spoke to the original owner of the car and they verified everthing LR told me.
