Thank You all for this GREAT forum. Bought a Disco II 2001 last yr and really LOVE It. Need Help on this strange issue. Just replaced the Battery yesterday then notice that my Heater Control on dash was not displaying correct settings. Display shows 28 degrees on both side of control and when pushing heater button to higher setting after 28 degrees it jump straight to "Hi". Even outside EXT button shows 5 Degrees. The heat works inside vehicle as you are driving, as you come to a stop its start losing heat. I'm in Ga where its not that cold outside.... Question, is there a reset button anywhere to reset heater control to normal temp setting. Did I replaced the Battery incorrectly as well? Again this all happen right after I replaced the BATTERY.

 

Ok figured out the first part of why the Air Con display was showing 28 Degrees. Some how when replacing the battery the system converted to Celsius from F. So I converted it back to F. But the second issue is still there, blowing out cold air only heat when driving. Again this is after I replaced the Battery. Is there a heating setting I miss to reset????
