Check for leaks on the master cylinder, you must have a leak somewhere in order for the brakes to hit the floor. Although the brakes might not be directly related to the squeaking and you may just have two separate problems.

It should not completely affect your stopping power, maybe just limit it a LITTLE bit, but I've gotten rocks under the brake pads that make horrible noises that will limit the braking slightly. They usually fall out soon, but I have had to remove one before.

I would also visually verify the pad is not worn out completely. If it's been dragging, it could be gone.

No leaks the brake fluid is perfect but it goes all the way to the floor. this is really odd. I'll check my pads for rocks thats a good idea. my 3 amigos come and go on there own like i get 3 chimes then turn off my car and they go away. shuttle valves starting to fail maybe?

Sounds like you might need to bleed your brakes. Do you bleed your brakes with a helper? It is hard to bleed these brakes without someone inside pushing down on the pedal.

Put a tube over the bleeder and run it into a catch container. Have someone push down the pedal while you loosen the bleeder. When the pedal hits the floor have them hold it down until you tighten the bleed screw back up. Then tell them to let off the pedal and pump it back up and hold. Repeat the process 5 to 10 times for each wheel. The more times you do it the more clean fluid you flush the system with. Refill the reservoir with clean fluid after each wheel. Do the wheel in the right order RF,LF,RR,LR
