Low Range
No tricks. Come to a complete stop (I put the tranny in neutral) and push forward on the T-case lever. Maybe let the vehicle roll a little bit, and try again,or try leaving it in gear at a stop.

This is the same for all Disco's with a CDL, same idea just different years, you need to get under the trk and lube the linkage with your favorite Penatrant/Lube and then work it loose, and then "exercise" it once a month to keep it working good.
You dont need to go off-roading, just engage it drive down the street half a block and then dis-engage it. At least once a month.
