Wink Lower Radiator Hose Catastrophe

Lower Radiator Hose PEH000080 has gone and split as if it took a scimitar sword up its belly.

It's the portion from the water pump to the thermostat- anyone have a specific title for this? do I have to buy the entire assembly?

Just wondering if anyone has cause and effect for this - difficult replacement? I've done the water pump and other hoses before.

sorry I was wrong after further inspection- it's the hose form the water pump to the thermostat. I'll go take a pic and show.
