My belt cut into my lower radiator hose on my '97 Land Rover Discovery. Don't know how that happened. Is it possible to replace that hose without taking a bunch of components off? It looks difficult to get to and that hose connects in four different places!

Anyway, I will start the repair soon and am hoping it will be easier than it looks. ANY advice on this repair will be greatly appreciated. I also wonder how I can keep that from happening again and once installed if I am going to be looking at a hose STILL touching the serpentine belt.
