Lowering the rear for loading with SLS
Is there a way to lower the rear of an SLS equipped Disco 2 that has factory air springs without the optional dealer key fob. I just installed a motorcycle carrier to my hitch and it would be great if I could lower the rear end for loading the cycle.
I don't think there is a way without the remote.
But this guy seems to have figured out how to bypass the need for a remote. If you look on the right side of the page there is an instruction pdf and some other info.
Other than providing the links, I got zero for you...but Good Luck!

The SLS will lower up to 60 mm (2.36 in) below normal ride height if the button is held.
......
Putting a dirt or streetbike on a trailer hitch rack...yes, 2 1/2 " is very worth it. Especially to just push a button and have it lower.
Since the motorcycle hitch carrier sits about 1.5' back from the bumper, dropping the rear springs a few inches will probably drop the motorcycle carrier over 6-8". That would make a huge improvement in loading a cycle by oneself.
