don't forget to put some good plat+4 plugs in there when you do the wires. and don't buy the 8.5 mm they don't fit in the stock wire guides.

x2 on getting them from Apex. They're the cheapest around, and have really fast shipping. I got mine next day.

Yes those plugs are available anywhere.
Personally I recommend and use Iridium plugs as they require less power to spark, the +4's require lots of power and put extra strain on the coils.
OEM plugs are Champion copper plugs.

8.5 mm fit, its just a very snug fit. I don't pretend to know if they help the disco run better but if 8mm is good. . . That was my thought anyway.
