Mahle oil filter ERR3340M damn near free!!!

Just ordered some parts from Rock Auto and saw the Mahle Part Number: ERR3340M has a close out for .89 cents!

I just tried to order some along with other bits and it wouldnt let me place an order because they can't ship to my address for tax reasons.. I live in Denver CO.

Yeah I just had the same thing happen. They said they can't ship to Colorado Springs CO because the city requires sales tax to be paid and RA has no way to pay it. Never heard of this before.
