Default Many Fault Codes

I have 2000 Dicovery, many problems. Bank 2 front 02 sensor was sending 12 volts on signal wire back to ecm for about 5 days. Found oily connector on 02 sensor, i clean connector now appears to be working correctly sending .5v on signal wire. Car started running rough, plus using lots of gas. Checked faults, found many. P0302, 304,306,308 plus P1300 and P1319. Cleared codes and checked again. Same codes as above came back plus PO101, PO130, PO150. I think the injectors are stuck open, pulled out plugs on bank 2 and found them all very black. Do you think the ecm is no good because of the 12 volts on signal wire. To make matters worse i am in Mexico and 200 miles from Land Rover Shop The car does run, just a little rough

Sensor has internal short.
As it is sending back 12 volts.
Please replace the sensor ASAP.
Don't even think of keeping that in the Rover. Get RID of it.

Plugs are very black because truck is running rich trying to adjust for the bad sensor. ECM is still working if truck runs, it is not totally dead yet. Please get O2 sensor un-hooked and changed out.
