Default Massive oil loss

Hey all, I know some about engines but am stumped. I had a cooling fan grenade itself and it destroyed everything in front of the engine, I am just wondering what it could have hit to cause a massive loss of oil? I know the filter is up there but it looked fine from what I could see, any other lines etc that may have been damaged?

Oil pressure sensor. Hole in the front cover (highly unlikely but stranger things have happened) probably the oil pressure sensor
