Default Misfire codes?

My service engine light has been on for a week or more, I had someone check it, and these codes came on.

PO300
PO301
PO1319
P1300
PO442
PO302

Need to go to the dealer.... Is this going to cost me a fortune?!Is it safe to drive?

Thanks!

How many miles on the engine, what octane are you running when was it last tuned along with new 8 mm silicone wires?
By the way, how mechanical are you?

I'm a woman but have been mechanical of late to save $. Just had an oil change and it happened shortly after that. The check engine light came on when I started the car to fast.

Is it safe to drive?
