Might sound self-explanatory but I just want to see what people think.

Did an oil change on Friday and drove to work and everything was great. No issues. Drove to Fiance's house Saturday - no issues. Drove home and about 1 mile from home I came off the highway and to a traffic light and the engine was running slightly rough (not stalling, but just barely rough) and the CEL came on. Got home and popped the hood with the truck in the dark and saw blue arcs from the plug boots to the cylinder head and some from the wires themselves to the head and such.

I replaced the plugs (I prefer NGK BKR6E-11 based on my other cars, and this plug comes up on NGK's site for this engine). No change really. The codes come up as misfire on 1 and "random misfire" or something. So two codes. Given I see arcing and I have misfires, I ordered a set of the Kingsborne wires. But, could it be something else?

Most likely new wires will make it all better.
