Default new wires arcing

I just put in magnacore 8mm wires and bosch plat +4 plugs, truck runs great, except at high speeds it seems like something is missing. So i checked under the hood and saw one of the cylinders arcing.
What may be the cause for this?
Thanks in advance.

Junk wires usually cause that. Double check to make sure all the wires are seated fully. Next time get kingsborne wires.

see if the wire is lose, try swapping with another wire see if the problem follows the wire. yes to kingsborne; I just replaced an expensive pair of STI after 18 months that had a bad wire.

Magnacore, in my experience, are good wires, just overpriced. Any company can have an occasional bad wire make it to a customer.
If the wire is seated well, and the plug is good, Magnecore is good about sending out a replacement wire.

x2 on the above.
as for Magnecore being ****e...well I would say no to that. They have been doing this for a long time and no matter the quality control form time to time a bad product will get thru. Its like the guy who had an issue once with an OME shock bushing and went all crazy on how horrible OME product is and then switched to TF. **** happens no need to bad mouth a quality product.
root thru and find the problem get it fixed and move on. If you decide to replace the whole wire set with another brand go for it. There is a reason there are many companies out there making similar product. All of course to take our money.

Junk wires, was meant as they are bad.

I don't like magnacor's but that is due to the boot design not locking in as well as other brands (yes I have experienced this first hand) I really don't care what you use as long as it makes you happy.
