Default Mobil 1 75w-90 LS for Disco 2

My buddy is moving out of state and he his giving me a case of Mobil 1 75W-90 LS Synthetic gear oil that he can't take. I use the same for my D2 but not the LS version which I think stands for limited slip. Is this ok to use for the differentials and transfer case on the D2?
Thanks.

Yep. Completely safe. All the extra friction modifier of the LSD additive does is essentially improve the fluid, making it more slippery than it normally is.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I'm gonna change the fluid out now!
