Ok, dont touch the O2 sensors just yet. First you need to replace the spark plugs and spark plug wires.
You MUST use either Magnacor plug wires (1st choice) or Land Rover wires. If you use anything else you will be having the exact same problem in less than a month.
Oddly enough a mis fire will set off O2 codes. Thats how I know its time for a tune up on my trk, lol.
So take it in and have a tune up done, and DO NOT let your mechanic use anyother plug wires unless he is willing to replace them again for free, labor and all.

Consider doing a full service on the truck with that mileage. AFTERWARDS IF THE ENGINE HASN'T SMOOTHED DOWN AND THE CODE AREN'T GONE THEN GO FOR 4 02 SENSORS.
If you are pretty mechanical here is the service list for your truck.
This is the parts list for a 60,000 mile service or a high mileage used truck, the way I do it.
1 Oil filter, K&N 3001 or Mobil 1
1 Air filter
6 Qts of engine oil
12 Qts of ATF
7 Qts of 80/90W synthetic gear oil
1 Qt of synthetic Brake fluid
2 Qts of synthetic Power steering fluid
2 Gallons of OAT, orange coolant
1 Bottle of Lucas Power Steering additive
1 Bottle of Lucas Transmission additive
1 Can of Spray Carb. Spray
1 Can Of Brake cleaner
8 Spark Plugs, I use Bosch Platium Plus 4's
1 Set of Magnacor 8mm plug wires
1 Serpentine belt
2 Bottles of SeaFoam gas additive
1 T/Stat
60,000 Mile Service or Major Service for High Mileage Used Vehicle just purchased
Bleed the brakes
Flush and change the power steering fluid adding one bottle of additive
Service the tranny adding one bottle of additive
Change the coolant and t/stat
Do an engine flush before changing the oil
Do an induction cleaning
Clean the throttle body
Add fuel additive to full gas tank
Change both of the diffs fluid
Change the t/case oil
Replace the plugs and wires
Replace the air filter
Lube all the drive shaft grease fitting including the 2 slip shafts
Do full inspection of brakes, hoses, bushings etc.
Hopefully I didn't leave anything out.

Thanks Spike and Mike. I have replaced the wireset in my 1996 Range Rover during a tune-up last summer, but a peek under my DII hood and it looks the the coil pack is not over accessible. What do I need to remove to access the coil packs?
Do you have secondary air, if not, 2 to 3 hours of patience and a scratch or two and you can replace the wires, coil doesn't get removed.
If you have secondary air then do a search on the site for replaceing the wires without removing the manifold.

Thanks Mike-
The latest as well is wife started the car in sport mode and the check engine light began to flash! Took it out of sport mode and the light stopped flashing but remained illuminated.
It dropped a couple misfire codes 1300, 0505, and 0301- in addition to the O2 sensors. I went ahead and ordered the front O2 sensors for AB and I am going to go ahead and change out plugs and wires as well.
This thing drives me crazy!
