Default Is my power steering pump going bad?

Good morning yall
When ever I go to full lock to the left, my truck started making a noise and feeling like something was grinding. And at high speeds 60+ Mph the steering wheel will shake, not too crazy but I think it could be related.
Also the steering wheel is slightly turned to the left when driving straight

What do you think it could be?
I haven’t done anything to the steering system (at least not on purpose)
My only thought is power steering but I guess it could be a bushing or a bearing.
I still consider myself new to fixing my car myself but I’m trying to get more com

Also I just did all 4 brakes (pads, rotors, 2 rear calipers, hard brake lines and SS brake hoses)
As well as the head gasket almost 7 months ago

incase this has anything to do with it

power steering usually makes a whining noise i don't think it will cause your issues, i think you have something else going on, you should check the usual ball joints bearings etc, and make sure your tires are balanced, and get a alignment, after the alignment your steering wheel should be straight, i had this problem recently on my subaru, it ended up being my tie rod ends,

tires can definitely do that. replace them if you need to anyways and then go from there. new tires cured my vibration at 75.
