Default Very similar issue.

This happened a couple different times, but this past week it has happened each day and now the lights have come on and are not coming off. The truck is not having any issues while I am driving so maybe it the sensors or wiring might have been messed with inadvertently while the transfer case was being worked. I would think that if the warning lights were coming on that the verhicle would not be operating very well, but I am not sure. Any advice on what to look for when getting under the truck?
My whole episode was very similar to yours. At this point, it seems as it had to do with oil coming from the front main seal. In fact it had to be replaced twice. As I'm writing this, I am waiting for the shop to call me so I can pick up my D2. The first time I had done this repair, the warning lights started flashing again. I turn around and headed back to the shop and we inspected it very closely and saw that the seal had gone bad again.

I hope this time around, it will work.

Were those pictures from the transmission output spline shaft? Just curious. As I'm about to swap out my TC case for a CDL one.

Yes the pictures were from that angle. Replacing the t-case can be a little nerve-racking. After replacing mine, its when I started having issues with the warning lights and oil leaks. At this point, it seems to have been caused by the front seal seen in the pictures; the leaks just started getting worse.

Hope your T-case replacement goes well.
