Default Mystery wires on binnacle

While I was wiring in a factory switch in the binnacle for my light bar, I found something strange. On the left side, in the lower switch position, there is a switch blank. But there is a wired plug connected to the blank...

Does anyone know what factory option would have had a switch in this location? I'm tempted to plug it into another switch and see what happens...

Park Distance Control is my guess.

I believe you are correct, thanks!

I wouldn't have even guessed that that was a optional function on a D2.
