I can't tell how close the camera operator was to the stump, but it sounded fairly close.
That's pretty dangerous. If the strap were to break near the land rover it could whip back and really hurt someone.
That's the only video I watched.

We had a little mud come into the passenger door but the same thing happened, the black trim piece caught most of it. That was some foul smelling mud too. I still need to make the transition from brown back to black.

I'm well aware of zoom, that's why I said it "sounded" close. Because of the sounds the stump was making, which were very distinct. As loud as the person next to the camera when they were talking.

Wow those are some great shots! I'd love to attend the LRE here in Canada but unfortunately its on the other side of the country... then again, there are great trails within an hour of Vancouver so I feel pretty lucky.
