Hi all. I have the three amigos & an erratic speedometer. I had the truck scanned @ the dealer and had the problem diagnosed as the infamous shuttle valve switch & a bad wheel sensor. I've replaced both but it kills me to have to pay $100 just to plug in & clear the codes.

I saw one up for sale for $175 on this forum or on LRO... can't remember.

 

I agree, especially since the dealer usually won't clear the codes since they did not make the repairs and don't want to set them selves up for a liability suit.
The 3 amigo scanner is a great way to go.
