need help changing spark plugs and correct gapping
magencores are cheap @ www.apexperformance.net
Mine are Lucas, so most likely they are originals.
Classklown90 - that's an example of a hijacked thread.
As I said ealier, I used autolites (.034" gapped - rave cd says .035--.040") I always gap new plugs close.
I use autozone silicone wires $50
They've been in my truck for 5yrs. so far, it runs great.

I'm sure I bought those @ autozone.
As I said, the wires were around $50, the cheap ones won't be silicone, so they're susceptable to heat and it gets hot under our hoods.
The better wires will also have di-electric grease in the boots to combat corrosion.
I'm cheap, so they couldn't have been too bad.
I'm selective about brand name usually, if the part sees abuse, (brakes, ujoints, belts, etc.), I generally buy the good stuff, it lasts longer.
luck,greg
p.s. I love seeing "bonnet" instead of hood.

and there are other options if you dont like the brand then use the part finder...
