The Bearmach Hawkeye is now in the USA- the 'official' release is at SCARR in Texas mid April... The price point is higher than the ABS only devices, though, at $599. It does complete engine diagnostics, circuit and switch tests, live data, and actuation of key components throughout the vehicle. You can view wheel speed in real time, cycle the ABS pump manually, circuit test shuttle valves. It's a whole other league, but it costs. Many of the features can come in handy- it can force the shift interlock if it gets stuck in park, which saved a friend of mine a tow bill already.
There have been some Nanocom units imported to the USA, all reports back have been quite positive- it's not normally stocked in the USA since it's for vehicles which aren't supposed to be here.
