Default new cam and lifters help...

I am considering a new cam and lifters while I have some other maintenance done. I have decided on the crower 53229 cam, I am not sure if I have the short or long nose cam though? Can anyone assist here on what I have/ need to order?

Thanks in advance.

You need whichever one does not work with a distributor. I'd guess short nose, but I'm not positive. Call up Crower, they'll tell you.

Spoke with crower on the phone twice, they've advised me to not place my order till its confirmed. Was hoping someone on the site had the answer.

Order this one from summit.

Cheaper than from Crower and free shipping. It will say it's illegal for street use in CA, mark that it's for off road use only.

I got mine from Summit in Sep. "Crower Power Compu-Pro Performance Level 2 Camshafts 53229" $250. Runs great.
