Default New Disco owner here with a couple of ???

Fist question is what size socket fits those crazy valve cover bolts? I know they take a 12 point socket but what size are they and where can you get a 12 point socket this size? My second question is where do you get this Seafoam, I have heard of it before but I would like to use it on my older truck. Thanks in advance...

My 96 Disco valve cover bolts are 8mm I have used a small wrench 12 point.
But it looks to be a torx socket .
