Quote: I was introduced to a great indy Land Rover shop in the Houston area by a member of the Houston Land Rover Club. The shop is in Katy and is named British Auto Solutions. The owner is named Joel. He has ten years dealer experience and a real passion for Land Rovers. He changed the fluids in both my diffs and my transfer case with Mobil 1 gear oil, installed the new thermostat and large coolant hose, two wipers, the leather boots for the e-brake and transfer case shifter, and a couple of o- rings. He provided the fluids and o- rings. All for $306. If anyone needs his phone number let me know.

Please ask this guy if he'd consider relocating to NJ? Thanks!

Congrats on the new Disco!

You might like our winters, taxes, and housing prices better here.
Thanks, so far I love it. I never expected all the attention it gets.

Update on the Motorad thermostat. Truck maintains 188 to 194 almost all the time. Rarely will get up to 197 for a couple of seconds when idling.

Great. Now you also want to consider starting new threads about issues, so that the problems/solutions are more bite sized. You have made the jump to skilled enthusiast rapidly. And your threads will be eagerly read by other members, both old and new.

It gets attention because people know you can make your own expressway exit and they'll follow your trail.
