Sounds like there is air in the cooling system. Could be because of the leak you're observing.

Ok, tried to pick the best couple pictures. It's a tricky spot, drivers side. Coolant is evident on the bolt/stud in the middle of the red circle. Second picture I stuck the camera down in that area and hoped for the best.
Also, fuse for aux electric fan was blown. Replaced it but still not coming on when I turn on the air.

Can you spin the aux fan with your hand?

Coolant over on that side could be dripping down from a leaking throttle body heater.

I would check the aux fan fuse again after checking to see if you can spin the fan manually. If your fan has seized then the fuse will blow again when the system tries to activate it.

I can turn the aux fan by hand, seem to spin quite easily. I checked the fuse again, still good. Checked the connector, it's plugged in.
It is quite cool today in Colorado Springs compared from the last couple weeks, the rover reports an external temp of 55*F, maybe the aux fan wouldn't come on when it's this cool??? Just a thought.

Thanks for sticking with me while I figure this out, you guys are great. I've loved my previous Disco I's and 80's Rangie's and I love this one too, just got to work out some bugs.

Keep the suggestions coming, I'm going out to change the CPS now.

Oh...regarding the CPS. I have a new one in my hand but can't for the life of me find it on the engine. I've watched Lucky8 video for clues. Looks like it's on the drivers side transmission bell housing but I still can't find it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Another vote for the throttle body heater and/or the rubber hoses that connect to it. Mine had a similar leak but I was able to fix it with a new piece of rubber hose that connects to the throttle heater.

CPS is under a little silver cover on the lower drivers side of the engine. It could be the stupid throttle body heater plate (I properly bypass all my D2's throttle body heater plates & completely remove it from the throttle body. Or it "could" be a seeping water jacket.

Yeah, aux fan only comes on in specified conditions, remember some older posts about it. Is also in the Rave, I believe. Maybe only comes on if exterior temp in excess of like 80 and engine temp over 212- something like that.
