Default New Upstream O2 sensor .445 Voltage

Anyone ever install a new O2 Sensor and have it read perfect voltage but other than that, it's dead?

Very common, you can confirm with a scanner that graphs voltage. Cheap elm327 from Amazon and the free torque app will do it.

That's fairly common with how delicate they are. Delivery guy drops them on your front step and they could go.

If you have a scanner that will chart, look at it from cold start, they shoudl start about 1v when cold and then after 2-3 minutes start cycling. If it does not do that - bad sensor. Easiest way to test is swap left to right assuming you have one good one.

Had that problem with a number of Bosch sensors purchased via AMZN. After 3rd try went with Walkers from AB and have never had an issue. Walker price is very good.
