I think to get to the module you pull the rear sunroof interior trim. That will let the headliner sag enough to reach the module. Which is just in front of the rear sunroof. In theory anyhow. Im yet to check mine

Receiver:

YWY000090, YWY100420 = 315MHz
YWY000080 = 433MHz

In US both is used, but to my knowledge D2s came with 315MHz only. I have a 2004 and 315MHz.

If you don't know what frequency you have, it is easy to find with a ham radio. Just tune to the frequency and you can hear some signal when pressing the buttons. I used an SDR, since I have it for other projects. Much easier than removing the headliner.

Fobs can be programmed with the iLand app too, there is video on AB's website.

Key fobs got pretty darn cheap on ebay. I havn't tried one yet, because I don't have a programmer like iLand or nanocom.

Just to be on the safe side, I would ask a friend to order the fobs for you, who lives far away. Also check for sellers location, some ship from US but returns have to be made to China.

That HAM radio idea is pure genius! for the $50 I just dropped on Ebay for two 315mhz ones, if they don't work, im not paying freight to China.... But I will definitely use the HAM radio idea when I get home!

THANK YOU GUYS! I will post with updates in a few weeks when I get back from traveling and have a chance to try and get them programmed.

I am pretty sure the 315 mhz is used on fobs for the US vehicles.
