Default newbie - front prop shaft

Hey Guys:

So just received my new front prop shaft from BPU and I'd like to remove my OEM and put in the new prop shaft. So here are my questions:

1. Is there a sticky somewhere on the forum that can walk me through the process of how to remove and install new prop shaft?
2. Is it really that simple; meaning simply remove the front and rear bolts and screws and the old prop shaft will simply fall down? Then, put the new one in?
3. I'd like to go ahead and replace the nylon bolts as well as the screws. Anyone know what size and length are needed? Also, I'd like to up-grade the replacements with a higher strength steel...Grade 4 maybe?
4. I've read here on the forum about "lining things up" when installing new prop shaft. Do I need to be concerned about this?
5. I'll be sure to grease all fittings with the new propshaft before installing.
6. Lastly, I have four jack stands to lift my '03 disco. A reasonable amount of socket wrenches and a couple of torque wrenches. I also have downloaded the RAVE manual. Oh yea, and a couple of cans of Mountain Dew to quench my thirst during this whole process. Anything else I need?

Thanks,
Rob

You don't need to look at any video, just get under the truck with an open end wrench and may be a socket set, remove the 4 bolts on each end of the shaft and remove it.

Lining up - meaning mark which hole is down on each end when you start and make sure those two holes (diff to transfer case) are in same orientation when done.

Ramps worked for me.

You'll enjoy having some box end wrenches as well, a socket is not always able to fit in space allowed.

The RAVE covers this sort of thing.
